Lied about where they delivered, didn't call me back to inform me they don't deliver to my area or to let me know my food was waiting at the store location, driver supposedly pulled up and called to let us know he was there instead of knocking. They should have shut down this location instead of the pizza hut off of Eastland drive.
Horrible service! Ordered pizza to be delivered to my hotel (Capital Plaza Hotel, a real DUMP review pending). Delivery left store at 6:50pm and arrived at my hotel at 7:20pm, Store is 7 minutes from hotel! 40 minutes!! Pizza was cold, soda was hot and the delivery driver, Chris had a majorly bad attitude. What a JERK. After having words with her, took my cold pizza and hot soda to my room and called the manager of the store. Long story short, manager has credited back my card for the charge. THAT I appreciate, the rest was a real DRAG.
I usually like the delivery drivers at this location, because they are pretty polite and quick but when you tip well and are only a mile away politeness and quickness should come fairly easy I suppose. My main trouble however is that after 11:00 pm they are completely impossible to get ahold of, they say they stay open until 12:45am but I can call and call and call and never get ahold of anyone. Its just really annoying because no other place really delivers that late here. This franchise cannot be counted upon.
Super fast pizza! The website is excellent - great quality pizza! Excellent service when I pick up my pizzas.
