Mixed feelings. I've used them a couple of times and they did what I needed done for a good price. They are not friendly, at all. I have friends who have used them and had lots of issues, including them losing their clothes completely. They have to send the clothes off in a truck to somewhere else (I think Columbia, MO), so there's a higher risk of loss there.
This place SUCKS!!! DO NOT GO HERE! I have been going here for over a couple years, and when I took my work shirts in, I started to notice that the shirt collar pieces (whatever they're called) went missing; just one from each shirt!! How strange!! Then I took some shirts in last month and some buttons were missing on each shirt! When I took them in for them to take care of the issue, THEY WOULDN'T, when THEY were the ones that messed them up in the first place! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!
