Horrible estimates on jewelry, obviously not in it for you, just money in his bank. Hate the service and lack of advice they give, hope they go out of business along with all the other money hungry leeches and die off sooner than later!

I was not pleased with the lack of customer service and non-existent advice regarding ring services. What was amusing was the explanation to why an average price could not be given, which was based on multiple factors. I am okay with that, but I would at least expected a range of prices from the lowest to highest, in order to; add the two then divide by two, which results in the average of the range...
