I couldn't be more thrilled with the incredible customer service I get each and every time I visit the Blue Diamond. After receiving less than acceptable service at another local jeweler, I was anxious to find a good place to have my engagement ring checked and cleaned regularly. The ladies at the Blue Diamond are so sweet and attentive. In fact, I liked them so much my fiance and I went back to purchase our wedding bands and I'm sure we will continue to frequent them for years to come!
Such wonderful people at the Blue Diamond. My husband purchased my engagement and wedding ring at the Blue Diamond. It was all a complete surprise so I don't know if they helped him or if he picked it all out himself but it is beautiful. When I went back for cleaning before the wedding and then soldering afterwards they were so friendly and helpful.
