Very bad. Manicurist was very rough it actually hurt when he was pushing my cuticles down and then my cuticles were also trimmed so badly I bled in two different spots. Then, I had gel and it was applied to where it was to close to cuticles and skin and of course is peeling off a few days later because of that.
also i am now no longer allowed service there because i came back to tell them what a terrible job they did! too bad they couldn't take the truth!! nails 1st and Emperial are very good nail places if you are looking for somewhere to go!!
I know a lot of people have negative things to say about this place, but honestly it's all in who you go to. I will only go to Tiffany. She does an amazing job, she is gentle on fingers, she is very sweet and VERY talented. When you go in, you can request who does them. And every time I go to her. A lot of my friends go to her as well. Try her out. You won't be disappointed!
literally if i could give them -100 stars I would. by far the worst nail experience I've ever had in my life I now have 3 nails that are infected because of there careless tools going into my skin, seeing as they are infected there tools also were not cleaned. I went back and got a refund of course but if you are looking for a good nail place this is definitely not the one!! save your money and your fingers!

I wouldn't even go back to let them try again. I used to go to them and it got bad, so it has been a year or so later and it is still horrible. Worst in Jeff City. I think it depends a lot on who you get, but they don't take their time, sloppy work and talk in foreign language to one another non-stop the whole time you are there.
