Horrible experience. Technician refused to do what I asked, and argued with me about what I wanted. After giving up on my request with him, I asked the manager to fix an issue. I then left and called the manager to complain about the bad experience. He stated he would wait for me so he could fix my nails. I came back and he complained the whole time about how long it took me to get back. He still didn't do my nails as I asked. I had to go back a third time (with reinforcements) before he would do my nails as I asked them to be done. I would not recommend them to anyone. Horrible service, rude technicians. Never again.

This was my first time going here and they did a good job on my nails. The lady who did our paint happily did the designs we asked for.
Kevin and Linda are never rude to me or anyone else when I'm getting my nails done. They are great people.
They did not sanitize one thing. The towel on the table have nail clippings on it, the cuticle trimmer still have OTHER people’s skin on it and my gel nails have already chipped (this will be day 3)
They Service Sucks The Lady Rushed My Nails And I Had To Leave With Crooked Nails Cause No One Would Fix Them...They Suck I Will Never Spend Money There Again And I Wouldn't Recommend Them To NO ONE
