I went in and the woman was on the phone but she got off of it for a moment when she saw me looking at the board and asked what I needed. I asked if they could redo my nail art I'd had done at another place. As I was looking at the price for nail art she told me that "we don't do nail design".

This nail shop has the worst customer service ever
I wish there was a lower rate than one star!!! I go into this salon because my usual one was crowded and I broke a nail over the holiday so I needed it fixed. Anyway, I walk in and the lady was on the phone. THEN she waves me over to the polish and I tell her I'm not getting polish, just a cut down and fill. She proceeds to talk on the phone while waving me to the nearest chair. I sit down thinking maybe she's just dealing with something really important but then she looks up and says "We don't do long nails"...I was getting them cut down though
The place is always empty, which is why I like going. I never go for my nails, but to get my eyebrows done. The young lady who does my eyebrows always does a phenomenal job, and is very quick.
