Lauren and her team did an absolutely amazing job on the flowers for my wedding. I had a unique theme and she nailed it! I got endless compliments on how pretty they were. She was very helpful and professional. Definitely the best floral shop in Jefferson City!!!
Everytime I order from River City Florist I am continually impressed by the beautiful arrangements and personability of the staff. Each bouquet has been perfectly unique and tailored to my request, not to mention the delivery service is incredibly punctual and flexible. The consistency and caliber of their work shows that they genuinely respect their customers and truly treat flowers as an art from.
I don't think it matters if you need 1 million roses or just one, Mike seems to give the same attention to detail on every order no matter how big or small. He is one of the few business owners these days and that seems to know the importance of going above and beyond when it comes to customer service. If you don't already know Mike stop in and say hello, I would be willing to bet that once you know when you'll be stopping in to say hello quite often.
Website says they ship out of state so i placed an order because was doing multiple orders both local and out of state and All they did was called a shop in the other state and that shop did not have what i ordered so they sent something of "equal value" instead. Was not even the same flowers. Called them and all i got was "well did they like them". Horrible customer service. Told me they do not ship, only do local. It says right on the website that they will box and ship...unsatisfied does not even begin to cover it.
