Have used Hyvee floral several times and today will probably be the last. I don't know when it became acceptable to respond to "thank you" with "uh huh" in a very condescending tone but apparently it's ok to do so there. I get it, you're busy but I also want to spend my money there.

Ordered my mom flowers for her birthday and the website said they'd be delivered from 1 to 5 the flowers didn't get there until 7:45. We ordered a chocolate addiction cupcake to be sent along with the flowers and the cupcake arrived flipped upside down and the box broken. The picture of the flowers had daisys which are my mom's favorite but the actual arrangement was just carnations and mum's. Floral workers were very unhelpful but the assistant manager from another department was extremely helpful and nice.
This HyVee was rebuilt entirely in 2008. It now offers a Pharmacy, Italian, Chinese, Chicken, Salad Bar and has a dining area big enough for approximately 150 people. It is our favorite place to go for fresh baked goods, deli meats and cheeses and groceries. I even go there for lunch at the Chinese restaurant sometimes. It is the best store in Jefferson City bar none.
