Their products are quality, and if cared for properly, will last for years. I enjoy their sales racks, and when they have sales on jewelry it's pretty impressive. Unfortunately, it seems like nobody is hiring seasonal help this year, as even Kohl's was short staffed.
Usually quite empty, not bad selection of most anything, unfortunately Wal-Mart killing off stores around them.

Great place until... well let's put it this way... It doesn't matter how much money you save... it's not really worth it if you can't find the bathrooms...
Slim to no customer service. I've been there twice to look at jewelry. First time the associate left and never helped me. Second Time I was looking at the jewelry on a spinner and she rudely spun it so she could help a different customer
