went to this salon for a spa mani and pedi. The pedicure was great, exactly what I had expected. The manicure, on the other hand, was less than steller. The girl (Jeni) did a little filing, but didn't even make sure my nails were the same length or shape. Then she buffed and polished. No creams, lotions, massage, cuticle work. To top it off, I paid extra for the no chip gel polish and it chipped within 3 days! I called to speak with a manager and spoke with Melissa. She did not offer any apologies and acted like my manicure and results were completely normal. Plus, their mani/pedis are some of the most expensive in town. I would go elsewhere if you're looking for quality nail work.
I went to LaSienne for a haircut and was pleasantly surprised by the attention I was given. Before my haircut started, Charlotte sat with me and asked me questions about what I wanted and what I didn't want. She showed several pictures to me and gave me good advise on a hairstyle that would look good on me. She gave me a scalp massage that felt great (and smelled very good too), then washed my hair, pampered me a little with a relaxing hot towel treatment, then cut my hair. She spent more than an hour with me and the results were great. I would highly recommend LaSienne.
