This was a really nice park and we had a wedding there
Memorial Park is spread out among trees along a gentle slope. I like to do BBQs there in the summer under the shade of the trees, and the open spaces between the trees are big enough to play in. The walking trail is great and easy, and the playground equipment has recently been replaced, for some reason. There is a rentable pavilion that will hold a large group, a basketball court, and it is right next to the aquatic center.
Very nice park. So much to enjoy here. I'm an out of town that wishes I could bring this park home with me.
Great place for the whole family. Nice playground area, good place to walk/run/bike, also nice picnic area.
Nice large pavilion with kitchen, having many picnic tables to seat several hundred people. Public bathrooms, electricity, and lighting. Smaller individual areas with tables and grills around the park. Two playgrounds and walking area.
