I have been on the phone for two hours trying to reach the right person or department. Keep getting the same answer which I've tried over and over so many times I must be insane. How difficult and convoluted can they make this? Nobody freaking knows their own business.

If I could give a lesser rating, I would. I honestly can’t believe it qualifies to be considered government healthcare. 1) they do not get any of your information correct. I’ve had 10 different phone calls with different people all saying different things. They’ve gotten my family size, income, name and every other detail wrong every time. 2) They continually give and pull coverage which has been exhausting throughout a pregnancy, I am only six months in and they’ve done it 3 times. 2 of those times because they put down the wrong information. 3) I literally could not get coverage for my pregnancy from any private insurer because I live in such a rural place. Missouri healthnet still tries to tell me to go that option every single time I talk to them. They are an embarrassment to this already underdeveloped and economically deprived state and they should all be fired. Truly horrible. They should be ashamed of their incompetence, ignorance and pathetic ability to do anything for the citizens of this state.
Ridiculous!! Moved her from OK, had fully covered plan for kids, daughter was at end of orthodontic treatment and we cannot get any approval to finish her care and her braces are in bad shape now and causing issues, you cannot talk to anyone that knows anything even when you finally get through and I pay $125 premium and still after dr gets pre-approval for services, we still end up getting billed because the "request was not detailed enough to see the need for services" If my husband's work provided insurance for kids, we would be there but this is what we get? A state that clearly wants to talk circles instead of provide affordable health care for kids!
