Rude, rushes you while your trying to conduct business. Always has horrible attitude and has no info hardly ever! State board testing sucks through them. Just all around bad!
I just don't care for the way that payment is set up. You get two postcards saying that your shop license and your cosmetology license are due and to file online for both there is a $2.50 convenience fee. You cannot send a check with the postcards with your information on it even if you put them in a security envelope. You have to send both postcards back requesting a paper statement, wait for a paper statement and then mail the payment with the paper statement. So in essence you are paying triple postage to be renewed. But I guess if you have the time you are saving a dollar by doing it the inconvenient way. Just a way for them to make more money with their "convenience" fee.
Awful, they don't tell the truth, they lie and tell you everything is OK then tell you later you need more to get your license's. Not run very well. A salon runs better then this place..
I can't believe I had to even give 1 star! Contacted them about renewal of my license and the girl was SO rude to me, rushing, sighing with attitude and treated me like I was bothering her!! I didn't get her name but I did get her email, madalyn.sarahs you are rude!
