Because of the rigid ass drivers who can't be independent decision makers. I can't get the bus to let me off along the detour routes, because there aren't any designated bus stops. Dumb asses!
No one answers the phone. Today when trying to catch my bus to get to work there was something blocking all of my bus stops. But of course when trying to call no one answers and tells me to leave a message. Thanks for making it so i either walk to work or cant go at all. Learn to answer the phone.
Call no answer...stuck in the cold can't get a bus several times.
I usually ride the Southwest, MO Blvd, and Mall routes. $1 is great compared to other cities. If they ran even 1 hour later, that would be awesome. As is, the latest bus you can catch out of downtown in order to make the connection to the mall is 4:30. Good luck if you have a so-called "9 to 5" job and live west of the Stadium Walmart. The regular drivers are quite friendly on those routes.
