Jon Beetem has let my son stay with his mother and now is failing out. It was all in the documentation. He sat on his decision for 30 day and more than likely 31 days. He signed it a day before the witnesses. I'm going in front of him again 5/19/2016 for an abatement that I have no idea what he will do. As of right now I have not seen my son since 01/04/2016 because his mother will not let me talk to her. Is it fair to pay Crystal Fowler-Wieberg $447 a month for a child I cannot see? He has no valid reason not to see me other than I am a parent that wants our son to have a future. His highest grade is a 43% at this time. All the proof was in the last trial. There is no way he couldn't see the right path but ruled on??? I have no clue. All I hear is he is the fairest judge in Jefferson City. Good luck if your are of the male gender and want your child. The Holts Summit Police department will not follow court orders to let me see my son. He at 15 can tell them no as he is a paying adult? They have no grounds to help her keep him from me. I have no rights nor have I ever had any. My first visitation when she still lived in Jefferson City was denied by her. Contacted both Jefferson City PD and Cole County Sheriff's department and they told me to take her back to court when he was 1 year old.
