Not happy with service. Nobody returns phone calls when they say they will, or even do what agents are supposed to do and fix issues when they arise. Like even if it couldn't get fixed, a simple phone call stating why or having a plan if it happens again would be nice. I am a loyal allstate customer and I am Very Very Dissatisfied with Chris and his team!
