Nurses in the OB unit were great! Friendly and helpful
Went to the ER to get stitches in my knuckle. Was expecting to wait a while, but waited less than 10 minutes and I was taken to the back. The NP and nurse was awesome and didn't even make fun of me (well, a little) for my own stupidity in cutting my finger. Very personable and professional staff. Was on my way in less than an hour. Great!!
My mother was in the hospital this last week. We were hoping she would get better and go home but it was her time to go to Heaven. The staff on the 3rd floor were absolutely wonderful, kind and caring. The housekeeping staff kept us comfortable and were professional. The kitchen staff brought us food and drinks and made it easier to stay with my mother. The nurses and nursing students on both shifts were amazing and did everything they could to take the best care of my mother. I am an ICU nurse and it is so hard to be on the other side. I cannot thank you all enough for the wonderful care she received. You made her transition to heaven very peaceful and she was comfortable and safe at all times. Thank you!
I was at CRMC for a CT Scan and was taken in the room where it would be done and was told immediately that they had an emergency stroke patient coming in for a CT Scan, so I was escorted to a private waiting room. I was there for about 10 minutes and then they escorted me back to the reception/waiting area because another emergency patient had come in. When the radiologist came in to get me, he was very apologetic about making me wait and I told him it was fine I understood that emergencies happen. He was very polite and thanked me for being patient and apologized again for my wait. Even though the CT scan scheduled should have only taken 3-5 minutes, it actually took a little longer than 30 minutes, I was still extremely happy with the professional way everything was handled and with the service I received.
5 stars for Miss Lauren in the Mammography dept. She was friendly, kind, gentle and made an uncomfortable experience, very tolerable. 8.15.17
