Good luck getting any assistance here. Waited 20 min to get assistance to cut a piece of sheeting. Never seen anyone. Had to leave because I was on my lunch hour.
I get less and less service every time I go in there. I stood at self check out with the help light on for at least 5 minutes before I had to ask the lady standing there to help, after I had to walk nearly every isle to find what I needed. Lowes used to have good customer service but it is garbage now. I'm going to Menards from now on.
The people at Lowe's were absolutely the best. We have been in the middle of a rehab project and had numerous false starts and had to do a whole lot of returns and exchanges. They never batted an eye- always took stuff back so we could switch gears and do something else. And the people there were so very helpful. Thank you Lowe's!
