I booked an appointment to see a doctor when I was sick...when I got there they refused to let me see the doctor I made an appointment with (or any other doctor) and sent in a student nurse practitioner. I have also has issues with rude staff in the orthopedic clinic. The medical options in Jefferson City are quite limited I usually find myself going to Columbia to seek treatment.
