Almost killed my husband when he had a stroke. Said he had a possible TIA when he came in the ER having a stroke. Sent him to a patient room let him sit for 11 hours throwing up, headache, no gag reflex, eyes rolling around, slurring, tongue slurring. I asked for a Neurologist but was told one would come when he finished his day in the office. When the Neurologist finally came at the end of the day, I was told he had a Right Medullary Infarction with Wallenburg Syndrome, a major brain stem stroke. He should have had a TPA shot in the first three hours in the ER, it was too late the neurologist told us. It was all Dr. Powers fault and the ER Doctors fault Dr Ludy. My husband would forever suffer to this day because of their horrible care.
