Our first visit. Everyone was very friendly and professional. We were explained everything very thouroughly. They accomodated us with iur situation to prevent a long drive back for service. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.
Not sure if we will be back. The staff was friendly and timely, but then when we were asked to wait for the hygienist to make a followup appointment with us, we sat for at least 30 minutes and finally told someone that we were just going to leave and asked him to give her a message to call us to make an appointment. He said that she would. This was 4 days ago and we still have not received that call.
Great staff. All very thorough and knowledgeable. I went there because my FORMER dental clinic didn't offer any way that I could pay for needed dental work. But Aspen works with different credit companies and the application was submitted and approved on the spot. I'm sticking with Aspen from now on!
I was actually pretty happy with the respect I received regarding my treatment. However, I had a tooth extracted & I'm still hurting pretty bad at the injection site for the novacain. This is not normal, although they did have some trouble getting the tooth out, but it's sore at the shot site. Other than that, they told me what was wrong (which I already knew, it was just a different tooth than I thought) & respected what I wanted done. I don't like all the extra work when it comes to my teeth & Dr. Yount did exactly what I wanted & didn't keep trying to get me to "save" the tooth. I already have dentures on bottom & I will likely be going back to Aspen to have my top ones done once my insurance covers that procedure.
The staff was courteous, caring, and efficient. The dentist described the issue and suggested alternative procedures as well as the cost for each. A second appointment to address the problem was quickly scheduled and expertly handled. All of this cost about the same as a traditional dental exam and cleaning with no problems. It was a good value and fit my budget.
