Really nice folks both times I went in, good pricing for repairs, and prompt service. I'm giving 4 stars because the cause of the second repair should have been caught during the first repair, as they both related to the cassette. Everything else from the first repair works fine.

I have used this shop (much more than a "store") to keep a 30+ yr old Trek 800 on the road, and both Steve and Don are top notch in service know-how and workmanship. You get the sense as you enter that J&D is everyone's bike shop.
