Worst Bank. I have NEVER had more problems with a bank than with this branch especially. The workers are rude and the manager is even worse. I would not recommend anyone trusting this bank with Thier money.
This bank literally makes me want to cancel my membership. I was the only one in line and there appeared to be 2 tellers open but no one spoke to me. They simply looked at me. Did not even say "we will be right with you". The customer service here is horrible. I stood in line for over 10 minutes. I hate this particular branch. But I like U.S. bank.
Absolutely love this bank, they’re great people and managers. They always are chipper and smiling. I’m super lazy and constantly go through the drive through with coins and I recently got a new car and they noticed! Sersiously awesome experience for me and my fiancé who has also used them for years.
I had my husband deposit cash into my account on Saturday morning. The money was in my account and approved not pending. I try to use my card on Tuesday and it tells me I'm declined. So I call the 1-800 # they then proceed to call the JC branch then inform me because it was over the weekend it hasn't processed yet. I asked why then did it show it was processed on my online banking then I went to log in and the deposit was no where to be found. They told me by noon it would be in my account. I am still waiting. I will be changing banks this is ridiculous. The JC branch is so rude and never helpful.
