Cold Stone Creamery is the best ice cream facility I have ever been too!!!!! The staff is friendly, facility is clean and the service and is cream are absouetly amazing!!
Never had an issue at this Coldstone location. Just picked up a creation for my wife this afternoon. The service was fast and it was exactly what I ordered. The chocolate shop is a nice addition that gives you some good options that aren't available elsewhere in Jeff City.
Could be cleaner.. but Delicious Ice cream!
The manager was very helpful. I ordered a drink and he came up and said that something went wrong, so he made me a new one and said it's on him. Very nice gentleman.
